The booked apartment is available on the day of arrival from 17:00 until 20:00, while on departure the apartment must be vacated with the keys handed over to the management by 10:00.

Messrs. clients are asked to pay the bill when taking possession of the apartment.

Due to the anti covid regulations in force, strangers, even if visiting the gentlemen guests, CANNOT access the Village.
The number of people for apartments cannot exceed the maximum number of beds (even if it is an infant).

It is forbidden to make noises or to keep radios and the like on, to circulate with motor vehicles and to receive visits from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 24:00 to 8:00.

The customer who settles in this Residence explicitly accepts everything contained in these regulations.

N.B. The apartments do not have a coffee maker.

Restaurant: The palates of the sweet tooth will be inebriated by the smells and flavors of the typical Apulian cuisine, at our internal restaurant in the room adjacent to the pool. You can choose to be pampered by our staff in the dining room or enjoy our dishes in the privacy of your apartment. We have also thought about the laziest, giving you the possibility to choose between the three types of agreements:
Room and breakfast: rich breakfast buffet with delicious cakes prepared by our chef, fruit, yogurt, croissants, sandwiches, jams, biscuits.
Half board: buffet breakfast and a choice of lunch or dinner.
Full board: breakfast, lunch and dinner.

WI Fi: free wifi network in common areas.

Pet Friendly: pets allowed.

Barbecue area: For grill lovers, a large barbecue area equipped with 8 grill stations, and three large wooden tables to eat all together.

Internal Parking: Each apartment has its own internal parking, not guarded, numbered with a roof to protect your car from the sun.

Playground: In a large green area surrounded by olive trees and palm trees, your children can run and play with slides and swings in the company of other children.

Green volleyball court: Volleyball lovers can challenge yourselves in our sand field surrounded by the green of the olive trees.

Swimming pool with solarium: Large swimming pool with children's area and hydromassage area surrounded by a large solarium equipped with comfortable beds for relaxing and sunbathing, supervised by a lifeguard during opening hours.

Laundry Service: 7kg coin-operated washing machine with detergent included.

Beach service: At 350 meters from the Residence, crossing the road, walking along a stretch of it and going down a downhill path, you can access the splendid "Baia San Lorenzo" with its splendid Trabucco, ideal for those who want to enjoy a clear and crystalline sea with shallow and sandy bottoms. Here you can choose to use the services of the "Lido San Lorenzo", which has an agreement with the Residence (bookable at the reception), or prefer the relaxation and simplicity of the free beach. Regardless of your preferences, every morning on this beach, the immersive animation staff of the Residence works to ensure that the morning hours are full of joy, fun and carefree.

Entertainment: The good animation team will brighten the days of adults and children with fun activities and engaging evening shows. For the little ones thanks to the miniclub they will learn to use their imagination thanks to fun jobs.

Excursions: Vieste and surroundings, fantastic places to see such as the sea caves, the Tremiti Islands, Foresta Umbra, excursions bookable at the Reception.

Air conditioning: All apartments are equipped with air conditioning.
